All AVD people counting systems are easy to install and can either operate stand alone or in a networked environment. We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our hardware. In addition, we maintain a telephone support line to handle all your general enquires.
For larger installations where resources may be constrained, AVD offers a variety of services to its customers to implement, maintain, and exploit people traffic data to further decrease their costs, maximize return on investment and optimize resources.

Monitoring Service:

AVD offers a service for the total management of counting units on a customer's network. We can remotely monitor and manage a customer’s central server and counting units in a shopping mall or across a retail chain of stores.

Remote Data Management Services:

Footfall traffic data generated by the people counters is usually stored and hosted within each customer’s own IT departments. However, to minimize a customer's cost base, AVD has the ability to host a customers traffic data remotely which can be set up to automatically generate and send custom reports at frequent intervals to specific email groups.

Data Analysis:

AVD has worked extensively with shopping centers and retail chains successfully in several countries. We can assist our customers in understanding and extracting key information from their people counters.
